Founded above a garage, with only a pen, paper and a mobile phone. Lemon's co-founders slept on the office floor whilst they began by answering out of hours calls for other businesses. In between they ate lots of takeaways and dreamed of bigger things to come. Fast forward over two decades and Lemon is now a multi-million turnover omnichannel contact centre, employing over 100 colleagues and providing call centre solutions to clients across the UK and Europe. Yet our core values remain the same.
