Meet our Senior Account Manager

At the core of Lemon lies its exceptional team, comprising over 100 dedicated operators and office support staff who diligently work around the clock, 24/7, to surpass the expectations of our valued clients.

Lemon serves a diverse portfolio of more than 80 clients across the UK and Europe, spanning various sectors including FM, retail, law, and care. Our commitment extends beyond conventional customer-supplier relationships, as we continuously strive to ensure our clients' customer service needs are not only met but exceeded. Our services are designed with scalability, flexibility, and resilience in mind, ensuring adaptability to evolving requirements.

Overseeing client accounts is our Senior Account Manager, Megin. With almost 13 years tenure at Lemon, Megin has worked in a variety of roles and has exceptional operational knowledge and experience.

Role at Lemon Contact Centre – Senior Account Manager

How long have you worked at Lemon – 13 years this summer. I started as a Customer Service Advisor in a part-time role whilst at university and it became my long-term career!

I have held various roles since starting, including Quality Assurance Lead, Quality Assurance Manager, Training & Quality Manager, Client Relations Manager and most recently Senior Account Manager.

What do you do on a day to day basis?

On a Day to Day basis you will find me either managing client queries, implementing process changes with our Projects team, holding performance review meetings or having general catch ups with my clients, the key is to keeping the communication flowing and working on building, what will hopefully be, long lasting partnerships.

What is the most rewarding part of your role?

The most rewarding part of the job is when we receive positive feedback for members of our Lemon team, it’s always lovely to hear and being able to deliver that feedback to the operator is very rewarding 😊

Is there a key moment at Lemon that you are particularly proud of?

Being promoted to a Senior Account Manager is a moment that really stands out for me, knowing that my Seniors have faith in my ability to continue growing in the business is so rewarding.

Do you have any hobbies or interests outside of work?

I am a keen Peloton rider, reaching over 1,000 rides now and I’m a very proud Football and Netball mum to 3 little ones!
