How long have you worked at Lemon? For almost two years - its gone so quickly!
Can you tell us a bit more about your role – My main responsibilities include the day to day management of a client accounts to nurture and develop strong relationships, answering client enquiries and proactively meeting their needs and identifying opportunities to create shared value and work together in the best way possible
What is the best part of your job?
The variety, no two days are the same and I love building relationships with my clients to ensure that we can continue to fully support them. When we receive lovely feedback from clients, I just love being able to pass that onto the wider team
I know that this might sound a bit corny but at Lemon, we genuinely care about our clients and want to give them the best level of service.
The entire team from agents to management, understand each client’s processes and needs - every single member of the team are passionate and dedicated and it’s great to be a part of it.
Do you have any hobbies or interests outside of work?
CrossFit - I’m a massive fan of fitness and keeping fit. You will find me in the gym most mornings before work, (and sometimes after work too!)
When I’m not at work, I’m running and hiking – usually with my Cockapoo, Reggie – I take him everywhere I can, including paddle boarding – he loves it!
Is there anything else that you think people might not know about you?
When I was younger I won the world, British and European championships in Freestyle Dancing. I love all aspects of dancing and am very proud of my achievements.
