With our employee spotlight series you can get to know the people behind Lemon, and share in their experiences of being a part of one of the UK’s leading contact centres. This week, we're shining a spotlight on Omatseyione Okpeyeaghan to share their story and experiences.
Omatseyione, or Peace as she is also known around Lemon HQ, has been a member of our team for almost a year and is one of our fantastic Customer Service Advisors, helping people with their queries and making sure they get the support they need.
Working on our bureau service and currently trained on 44 different clients, Peace loves that no two calls are the same, and has said it definitely “keeps things interesting!”
When asked what her favourite thing about working at Lemon is, Omatseyione said “the people! The team here are so supportive and friendly. I also love helping people, it is rewarding when you turn a stressful call into a good one. When I get positive feedback from customers, it reminds me that I am making a difference.”
Peace’s secret to overcoming challenges is to stay calm, take a breath, and focus on one step at a time and we think it’s safe to say that we could all do with following her advice from time to time. We’ve also heard that Omatseyione is a great dancer, and are hoping she’ll teach us a thing or two in the near future!
